I am not sure why the question box should fail, but I will look into it. One explanation might be that I am making several changes to the way Freedly operates at the moment, and this might be causing things to go wrong. I should finish this by the end of January 2012, so if it happens after that, please ask again.
Sometimes web pages can fail because of a break in the chain between you and my webserver. This could be anything from my webserver failing, to a problem with your browser, though it is usually some hitch in the Internet. The signals go from my hosting company Internet Service provider (ISP), and get routed through other Internet transfer stations to reach your ISP where they get sent to your computer. This is a very resilient newtwork, but not perfect, and sometimes a delya happens that causes the page to fail. The best way I have found is to use an add-on for Firefox called Lazarus. This saves forms and boxes in the background, and usually lets you recover most of what you have typed in.
